Delivery and Returns
We endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking.
We post Australia wide. For international orders, please message us with details of the items of interest and your location and we can provide you with a shipping quote.
If your order is urgent, you have the option of using Express Postage where available.
Collection from Mt Martha is also an option if you are local to the Mornington Peninsula / Melbourne region.
We pack your items with great care but unfortunately despite our best efforts sometimes they are damaged in transit. Should this happen, please email us with 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement free of charge with a returns label for the damaged item.
We want you to be happy with your items and also accept returns should you change your mind about any item you have purchased. In these cases, return postage is at the customers expense. Once we receive your item, we will issue a full return for the items returned, less our initial postage costs. Please contact us within 28 days of purchase should you wish to return an item.
